Can I purchase festival tickets at your Seoul office?
While our office serves as an information hub, tickets for the Hwacheon Sancheoneo and Taebaek Snow Festivals are primarily sold online or directly at the venue booths. We can, however, assist you with online reservations.
Do you provide transportation from Seoul to the festivals?
We do not operate shuttle buses ourselves, but we work closely with registered tour operators who offer day trips from Seoul. Contact our Tour Operators department for a list of recommended services.
